The coronavirus outbreak has thrown us all for a loop. Your agency is dealing with travel bans, work slowdowns and other disruptions, while also taking special care to protect employees, customers and others from this virus. Remember it all requires clear, coordinated and compassionate communications. As HR professionals it is our responsibility to remain calm, be as prepared as possible, and help as much as we can.
