EnhanceD HR ToolsThe Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) - Human Resources Administration (HRA) has developed a number of HR Tools to assist agencies in administering various HR laws and policies. Recent enhancements to the HR Tools are available on the DOAS website.
To view these tools, click here and then click on the menu item at the bottom of the web page labeled "Resources." ____________________________________________________Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace CertificateThe University of South Florida Muma College of Business offers a free, seven-week certificate program, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Lightning and Jabil, that focused on ways organizations can create a more diverse workplace as well as address equity issues and foster inclusivity. The program consists of seven two-hour modules, all pre-recorded from the spring session. Modules may be viewed at any time before December 31, 2022; those opting to pursue the certificate and badge must pass all seven quizzes by this date as well.
