Welcome from the 2026 Chair

On behalf of the Georgia Council for Human Resources, I am pleased to welcome you to the 2026 program year.

It is an honor to serve as Chair of this Council and to work alongside HR professionals from across the state who are committed to advancing excellence, collaboration, and innovation in public sector human resources. The Georgia Council for Human Resources continues to play an important role in fostering professional development, sharing best practices, and supporting the HR community that serves Georgia’s agencies and employees.

As we move into 2026, our focus remains on strengthening engagement, supporting leadership development, and providing meaningful opportunities for learning and connection. I look forward to building on the strong foundation established by prior leadership and working together to meet the evolving needs of our profession.

I am also pleased to introduce the 2026 Georgia Council for Human Resources Committee. These individuals bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and insight, and I am grateful for their willingness to serve.
