Digitizing Current Paper Personnel Files

    1. We are looking for a digital solution for current personnel files.  Any suggestions for a trusted vendor or other IT solutions.

    2. If you have digitized current files or use some other method, what do you do with the paper files once they are converted?

    We are working on a solution/process going forward for new hires to lessen or paper load. Please feel to respond here in the GCHR forum or contact me directly.

    Good morning! Currently we use DocFinity and transitioned from paper files to electronical files about 3 years ago. The process was pretty straight forward. Regarding the paper files, once all scanned in and confirmed, we continued to house the documents until the retention period was met.
