Primary Workstation Designation for Travel

    Hello everyone. 

    For travel purposes, does your agency permit employees to designate an alternate location as Primary WorkStation? 

    Does your agency permit employees to designate  home address as a Primary WorkStation ?

    If so can you share a policy and documents related to the process

    Here is the reference in our EE Handbook: 

    With the current hybrid work environment, our employees are predominantly working remotely, and therefore, employees will be administratively based at their homes for the purposes of determining mileage reimbursement amounts (i.e., Primary Workstation).
