If you were going to a conference and a chat room was available to discuss HR topics.... what topics would be interesting to you? All ideas are welcome.
Would like to hear if any private sector employers have eliminated salary history as a screening tool?
Also, are they preparing for that information being banned or limited in its use as a screening tool?
